Objectives of Education

In line with the rapidly changing restaurant culture, we aim to foster practical and skill-oriented manpower with globalised expertise and creative capabilities through trend-appropriate cooking practice and high-quality restaurant industry theory education. We aim to cultivate small-capital restaurant start-up personnel who can quickly adapt when starting a business and minimise the failure (closure) rate.

  • Practical-oriented education where students can receive training on cooking technology, start-up planning, marketing using SNS, and customer-impressing service for food start-up at once.
  • ystematic learning of theories and practical knowledge using restaurant management, start-up, big data, etc.
  • Realise successful start-ups that do not fail based on the examples of various start-ups through the restaurant start-up specialisation
Characteristics of Education

Development and operation of community-customized, field-based adult learner education courses Operate curriculum customized for adult learners (small capital start-up and employment practice/theory) Conducting curriculum and certificate programmes focused on learning various cooking practices and management techniques Operate convergence subjects for adult learners (hotel food culinary, barista, new music, infant nursery) Customized field training for startup for 1 semester out of 4 semesters Mentor connection and consulting with business owners through special lectures by experts in the start-up industry after graduation
